Privacy Policy

Overview
Flexity ("Flexity", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Flexity Automation LLC, based in Spokane, Washington, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at flexity.ai and our AI application-building platform (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in.
- App-builder content — the prompts you write and the projects, code, files, and configuration you create, upload, or generate while using the Service.
- Usage and device data — log data, browser and device information, IP address, pages viewed, and feature interactions.
- Payment information — billing details needed to process subscriptions. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in the "Cookies and Tracking" section below.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its AI features.
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Generate, build, preview, and deploy the applications you request.
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
AI Models and Processing
Flexity uses multiple third-party AI model providers to generate code and build applications from your prompts. When you use AI features, the content of your prompts and the relevant project context may be sent to these providers to produce a response.
We aim to work with providers whose terms restrict using submitted content to train their models where such controls are available. We do not use your private project content to train our own foundation models.
WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta Integration
Flexity offers an optional integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. In this integration, Flexity acts as a Tech Provider: we enable businesses to connect their own WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs) to Flexity through Meta’s Embedded Signup flow.
When a business connects its WhatsApp Business Account, that business authorizes Flexity to send and receive messages on its behalf. Flexity processes WhatsApp and Meta data — such as message content, phone number identifiers, message templates, and delivery status — only to provide the messaging functionality the business has configured and initiated.
In this context, the connecting business is the controller of its end-customers’ data, and Flexity acts as a processor on that business’s behalf. End-customers’ data is processed only to deliver the messages the business chooses to send or receive, and is not used for unrelated purposes.
How We Handle WhatsApp and Meta Data
We aim to comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Meta Developer Policies, and applicable Meta requirements for Tech Providers. Businesses using the integration are responsible for complying with those same policies for the messages they send.
- We access only the WhatsApp Business Account data that the business authorizes during Embedded Signup.
- We use Meta and WhatsApp data solely to operate the messaging features the business has enabled.
- We store message and configuration data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
- We do not sell WhatsApp or Meta data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-Party Processors
We rely on a small number of third-party processors to run the Service, including:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- AI model providers used to generate applications.
- A payment processor for subscription billing.
- Meta / WhatsApp, for the optional WhatsApp Business integration.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
We keep information longer only where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
For the WhatsApp Business integration, we retain message and configuration data only as long as needed to provide the service to the connecting business, and we delete or return it on request.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. To exercise a right, contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Export a copy of certain information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Data Deletion and How to Request It
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
To request deletion, email us from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your request and delete the associated data, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it.
If you use the WhatsApp Business integration, you can disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time; on disconnection or on request, we delete or return the associated message and configuration data.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
International Users
Flexity is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
